Mentor/Mentoring

Schani is an experienced and skilled Mentor and works Mentoring a wide variety of people. He has been a mentor in a number of settings including working for a Learning Disabled dance company, a dance degree student in her final year, mentoring several people into self employment and being a mentor on the Full Circle Arts mentoring programme.

Schani draws on his own experiences and that of his mentor training to be able to offer effective, yet informal mentoring. Advice and skills used are always current, relevant and pertinent to the individual. Group mentoring is also available and often works well after Disability Equality Training or Staff Training.

Mentoring sessions can be done over the phone and e-mail or on a face to face basis and the period of mentoring is negotiated with each individual. Hiring my services as a Mentor would suit small businesses or Arts based businesses or individuals at varying stages in their career wishing to have a Mentor for advancement of their Arts skills or Business skills.
