Disability Equality Training/ Staff Training
Schani is an experienced and skilled trainer and works as a Disability Equality Trainer, and offers Staff Training to staff wanting to work in the area of leading Mature Movers or Inclusive Dance. He has been a trainer in a number of settings including for Dudley Dance Consortium, where he combined elements of Disability Equality Training with Mature Movers Staff Training, and for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, where he lead Mature Movers Staff Training.
Being disabled himself, Schani can offer both personal experience and a wealth of trainer training experience including Scope disability equality training: Train the Trainer, and Train the Trainer training with Educationalist Alistair Smith. All training courses are designed to be interactive, informative, detailed and practical whilst also remaining informal. All Staff Training and Disability Equality Training sessions are tailored to individual requirements, so no two courses are the same! Handouts and supporting materials can be supplied at a small extra cost.
Training sessions can start from half a day in length or can last longer as a more sustained training package. Training can also be enhanced by Mentoring. Hiring my services as a Disability Equality Trainer would suit small businesses or Arts based businesses. As a Mature Movers or Inclusive Dance Staff Trainer my services suit Residential or Nursing Homes, wardens, people responsible for running activities for Older Peoples or Arts organisations wishing to run Arts training.
